• Contract Performance: To process and confirm bookings for our tours and travel services in all destinations, including Vietnam, Japan, and Thailand.
• Safety & Communication: To communicate with customers about bookings and send essential itineraries.

4. Form security & spam prevention

We use Google reCAPTCHA on our forms to protect against spam and automated misuse. reCAPTCHA analyses interactions with the website, such as mouse movements, time spent on pages, and IP address, to distinguish human users from automated bots. This processing is carried out on our behalf and is used only to secure our forms and website.

5. Sharing of Personal Information & International Transfers

We share necessary data with partners and service providers (such as hotels and local activity providers) in our travel destinations to fulfill your booking. As a global operator, your data may be transferred internationally between our offices and to third party providers in the countries where we operate. We ensure these transfers have appropriate safeguards in place to protect your privacy.

6. Photos and videos for marketing purposes

We may take photos and videos during our tours for marketing and promotional purposes, based on our legitimate interest in promoting our vegan travel community.

If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos used by us, please inform your group leader at the start of your trip. We will take reasonable steps to respect your preference.

Photos taken informally by other travellers are outside our direct control. If such images are shared with us for marketing use, we will remove identifiable images upon request.
